The Role:

Head of Business Development & Supply Chain ManagementThis is a strategic leadership role focused on scaling production, building customer relationships, and optimizing every step of our supply chain — from feedstock to finished product.You’ll work directly with our CEO and CTO to transform deep-tech innovation into real-world impact. Think: industrial upscaling, pilot programs, and building the operational engine for FreyZein’s next growth chapter.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, from raw material sourcing to delivery.
• Drive B2B business development and customer engagement across apparel and technical textiles.
• Oversee pilot programs and manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and feedback loops.
• Coordinate with R&D, design, and commercial teams to support product scalability and performance validation.
• Support contracting, pricing, logistics, and market-entry planning.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Development (preferably in textiles, sustainable fashion, or materials).
• Experience scaling operations and navigating complex production or logistics ecosystems.
• Strong customer-facing and partner management skills.
• Analytical thinker with a hands-on, solutions-first mindset.
• Passion for circularity, sustainability, and building what’s next.
• Background in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
