Product Manager, Information Development at Dynatrace. Your role focuses on self-service knowledge, specifically documentation, and driving the roadmap for documentation strategy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for self-service knowledge, specifically documentation
• Oversee continuous improvement of technical documentation, ensuring it´s clear, concise, comprehensive and accessible
• Clarify the documentation lifecycle
• Develop and oversee information and content strategies for contributors, ensuring processes allow for increased efficiency and quality
• Promote user-centric, cross-channel thinking
• Support information strategy initiatives and balance the big picture and actionable, well-defined increments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience in a B2B software product environment and 3+ years of experience aligned with technical writing
• Experience in defining and executing strategy and governance for software documentation
• You are a creative self-starter who can envision a future for enterprise software documentation above and beyond what we can do today
• Passion for devising enterprise-grade strategies and roadmaps for technical documentation
• You start with the “why” behind your strategy to motivate and inspire
• You understand docs-as-code and are itching to use new technologies (LLM, gen AI) to enhance the experience ecosystem
• By leveraging your hands-on technical expertise, you draw insightful conclusions validated by customer analytics
• You excel in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
• You are familiar with Markdown
• You understand technical topics such as software intelligence, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, application security, and SaaS
• You enjoy sharing knowledge with team members and learning from others
• You’re willing to push the envelope and balance experimentation with metrics

Compensation Data

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Minimum salary for this position is €65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment; higher salaries are offered in line with qualification and experience.
