We are seeking a dynamic and driven German-speaking Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team in Barcelona. This role offers a relocation bonus to help you make a smooth transition.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate daily with new and existing customers via telephone and email.
2. Identify and seize marketing and sales opportunities.
3. Support the acquisition of new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) sector.
4. Collaborate with clients to provide tailored marketing solutions that meet their business goals.
5. Use client data to offer customized recommendations and insights.
6. Qualify businesses for handover to account managers to increase customer revenue.
7. Utilize tools like MS Excel and Salesforce for research, communication, and marketing activities.
8. Gather and relay customer feedback to improve advertising products and strategies.

Qualifications:

• German language proficiency at C1 level minimum
• English language proficiency at B2 level minimum
• Experience in Marketing or Sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software
• Ability to understand and meet client needs with tailored solutions
