Itoh Talent Partners is proud to be partnering with a leading national healthcare organisation to recruit a dynamic and strategic Remuneration Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role within a growing and purpose driven business dedicated to delivering high-quality medical services across Australia.


As the Remuneration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the remuneration framework for employees across the organisation. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with senior leaders across Finance, HR, and Clinical Operations, you will ensure all aspects of clinical compensation are accurate, timely, compliant, and aligned to strategic business goals.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded remuneration specialist with strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of the healthcare environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of a cohesive remuneration strategy for clinicians across the group.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on pay structures, incentive models, and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee the full clinicians remuneration cycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Commercial, Finance, and Doctor Support to streamline and optimise remuneration processes.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive positioning within the healthcare industry.
  • Provide financial modelling support for new or renegotiated contracts, including scenario analysis and cost forecasting.
  • Resolve complex remuneration queries and disputes professionally and in line with contractual and legal frameworks.
  • Champion transparency and fairness in all aspects of clinician remuneration.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, including automation, data transparency, and reporting enhancements.
About You: Essential:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience working in healthcare, radiology, or a related sector.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of contractual obligations and remuneration compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with doctors and executive stakeholders.
Desirable:
  • Experience in change management and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, and data engineering principles and their application to remuneration strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering improvements to complex remuneration systems.
