This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role within a growing and purpose driven business dedicated to delivering high-quality medical services across Australia.
As the Remuneration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the remuneration framework for employees across the organisation. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with senior leaders across Finance, HR, and Clinical Operations, you will ensure all aspects of clinical compensation are accurate, timely, compliant, and aligned to strategic business goals.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded remuneration specialist with strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of the healthcare environment.
