Responsibilities

• Attend training at Berufsschule to learn customer order processing, logistics process organization, and transport solution implementation.


• Rotate teams annually to gain experience in sea freight, air freight, and land transport logistics.


• Collaborate with colleagues, service providers and customers across Austria and worldwide.


• Schedule appointments, prepare transport offers and coordinate orders.


• Maintain documentation, ensuring freight and customs documentation is correctly filled out.


• Create and publish social‑media posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.


• Produce photo and video content, including on‑site production.


• Edit video for social media, website and campaigns.


• Write copy for posts and campaigns.


• Work within a modern, dynamic company culture.


• Participate in ongoing professional development.

Sales & Store Operations

• Assist in product presentation, ensuring attractive shelf displays.


• Track inventory and verify product availability.

• Develop creative, target‑group appropriate messaging and visuals to advance brand visibility.


• Manage the new WordPress website.


• Implement SEO strategy and conduct keyword analyses.


• Maintain social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).


• Monitor emerging tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Completed training as pedagogical assistant, preferred with additional training in integration assistance.


• Team‑oriented and communicative with a sense of responsibility for children.


• Professional and personal development focus, willing to implement modern pedagogical concepts.


• Sales passion with strong customer‑oriented communication skills.


• Experience in retail operations, inventory management, cashiering, and product merchandising.


• Openness to train in new technologies and digital marketing.


• Flexible with willingness to learn additional responsibilities.
