Guides the identification of risks that may arise during a project, develops effective and efficient risk response measures
Challenging all project contributors on all their estimates and deliverables in the pursuit of achieving R&D excellence
Coordination of the team in the daily business and driving of project execution and coordinating activities of various Teams, ensuring that projects reach each milestone/gate on time, on budget and on spec
Lead problem resolution and seeking alternative paths when faced with setbacks
Track and report project progress using ams OSRAM project management standards, escalating issues to management when necessary
