We look for HR professionals with experience as HR Business Partner and HR Generalist/Operations Specialist and a passion to support people leaders and employees.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• University's degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience if you are an HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP possibly in a matrix environment
• Sound knowledge of German Labour and Social Law
• Experience in working with Work Council
• Fluent German, fluent English
