Senior Rust Developer

Our Software Engineers ensure the excellence of our intercom solutions by designing, developing, and maintaining its core business logic. They contribute to test automation, solve complex technical challenges, and act as experts across projects. As part of an agile team, they drive innovation and deliver reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Empower the team of Software Engineers for our Intercom devices software platform
• Provide a central contribution to the functionality of our Intercom device business logic
• Responsibility for the design, development & maintenance of the Intercom devices
• Contribute to test-automation to foster the outstanding product quality
• Support in solving complex technical challenges
• Act as an Intercom device expert in various projects
• Ability to work in an agile team & act as a technology expert

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a technical education (FH, Uni) or several years of project/professional experience in Rust software development
• Experience in C / C++ software development on Linux
• Optionally experience in Python
• Expert knowledge in network technologies, network stacks and analysis tools (e.g. Wireshark)
• Linux know-how
• Experience with modern development pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Ansible)
• Experience in virtualization environments and cloud hosting (AWS, Azure)
• Good knowledge of German & English
