The Core Platform is central to Dynatrace, supporting data storage, analysis, and application frameworks. The product relies heavily on hyperscale, high performance, and delivery, especially in the Grail area, which manages scalable data writing/reading, Dynatrace Query Language (DQL), and distributed query execution.

Your future role:

• Drive innovative core product capabilities with quality and scalability in mind.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams responsible for observability data storage and analysis.
• Own the functional and use case aspects of the product roadmap, representing end-user perspectives and seeking innovative solutions.
• Define and execute product strategies in collaboration with agile R&D teams.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for added value.
• Manage requirements, find common concepts, and integrate them into a centralized platform.
• Act as a company-wide expert, sharing knowledge internally and with customers.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives, support customer support, and develop marketing strategies to enhance product adoption.

What will help you succeed:

• Over 2 years of technical product management experience in a B2B environment, with success in strategy and execution.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, shared infrastructure, databases, and web apps.
• An entrepreneurial mindset to translate product strategy into business impact.
• Ability to break down complex ideas and build high-level roadmaps.
• A solution-oriented approach balancing usability, competitiveness, and technical feasibility.
• Strong ownership, accountability, communication skills, and a bias for action.
• Understanding of databases and query languages; experience with Big Data and Data Science use cases is a plus.

Compensation includes attractive packages and stock options. The minimum salary is €70,000 gross annually, with higher offers based on experience.
