Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the property portfolio
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders
• Review and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
• Conduct regular property inspections and manage maintenance
• Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Resolve complex tenant issues and escalated matters
• Collaborate with internal departments to achieve company goals

About You:

• Current Real Estate License
• 2+ years’ experience in property management preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of property management laws, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and analysis
• Highly organised, adaptable, and customer-focused
