Ready for the next big step?

Start mid-November for the 2024/25 winter season (until mid-April) – and lead the service team of a 4****S family-run hotel in the heart of Saalbach-Hinterglemm!
Are you a passionate host, structured in your thinking and confident when leading a team in a busy environment? We are looking for a committed and hands‑on service leader to take over the operational management of our hotel restaurant. As the Head of Service, you will coordinate breakfast, afternoon and dinner service, ensure smooth workflows between kitchen and front office, and lead a team of professionals and trainees with clarity and motivation.

What you bring with you

  • Professional training in hospitality or restaurant service
  • Several years of experience in fine dining or upscale hotel service
  • Confident in leading teams and passionate about mentoring staff
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant service; wine & beverage expertise is a plus
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Structured, proactive and reliable working style
  • You lead by example and love being on the restaurant floor

Your tasks

  • Lead daily operations in the restaurant, from breakfast to dinner, and ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience.
  • Be a visible and reliable host for our international guests with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Plan and coordinate work schedules, shifts and staff deployment in cooperation with the management.
  • Train, supervise and motivate a team of Chef de Rang, Sommelier, Commis and interns.
  • Cooperate closely with kitchen, reception and purchasing to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Maintain and review daily menu and beverage cards, check POS transactions and oversee stock and inventory.
  • Contribute to the development of service standards and optimization of internal processes.
