For our client, a renowned company in the commercial vehicle leasing sector, we are looking for immediate recruitment of an:

Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) B2B Commercial Vehicles

Focus: Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic or Poland

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Market Development: Strategic development of sales in your sales area, as well as identification and development of new potentials.
  • New Customer Acquisition & Customer Relationship Management: Acquisition of new customers in the B2B segment (small/medium-sized transport & logistics companies) and comprehensive support of existing customers.
  • Product Sales & Financial Consulting: Active sales, purchase and rental of commercial vehicles (trucks, trailers, semi-trailers) as well as advice on financing and leasing options.
  • Negotiation & Contract Conclusion: Conducting sales negotiations, preparing offers and negotiating contracts.
  • Reporting & CRM: Creation of reports on sales activities and use of the CRM system for documentation and planning.

Your Profile:

  • Ideally completed commercial training or studies
  • Several years of experience in active sales with automotive relevance, ideally with a focus on commercial vehicles or the sale of transport equipment
  • Experience in the B2B segment and professional appearance in dealing with corporate clients
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels
  • Enthusiasm for the product (truck tractors & trailers) and commercial vehicle technology and technical understanding
  • Analytical skills for market trend analysis and adaptation of sales strategy
  • Independence, pronounced organizational skills and strategic thinking
  • Willingness to travel at least 3 days/week and 2 days a week in the Office in Wiener Neudorf
  • Language skills: depending on the sales area, Slovak, Czech, Hungarian or Polish language skills (min. C1 level) as well as German or English language skills (min. B1 level)

Salary Range:

The annual gross salary for this position starts at a minimum of € 50,000, and the actual salary is based on your qualification and experience. On top of your fixed salary (14 monthly salaries), we offer an attractive bonus agreement and a company car.
