SAP S/4HANA Training Lead

PROJECT SCOPE

• Design and deliver comprehensive SAP S/4HANA training across key modules (Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement ), in close collaboration with internal experts and test management
• Develop intuitive manuals, quick reference guides, and custom e-learning materials using open-source tools
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions across multinational environments
• Drive continuous improvement through participant feedback and provide post-training support
• Act as a change ambassador, fostering SAP adoption and promoting best practices across user groups

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven experience in multinational SAP S/4HANA training program design and rollout
• Strong ability to simplify complex topics into user-friendly documentation and learning content
• Confident trainer, skilled in engaging diverse audiences virtually and on-site
• Known for post-training support and for effectively driving change management
• Fluent in English and German, with flexibility to work part-time on-site near Salzburg and Vienna, Austria
