We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager for a rapidly growing, PE-backed global alternative property business to lead the HR function in a newly created role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a HR Leadership role within a successful scale-up business.
This role will serve as the Australian people lead with access to influence Global operations. This role will also be responsible for influencing the company foundations whilst the HR function is still maturing and the business continues to scale, while developing strategic processes and ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation.
You will be able to work autonomously in a fast-moving business at a very exciting time of scale. This global business is dominating and reshaping their industry, attributing to their innovation, driven leadership team and people-first culture.
7-10 years of HR experience with 2-3 years in HR Management or Business Partner roles:
