Service Chemist (f/m/x) - Food Safety Laboratory

Your mission

• Service support regarding questions about analytics and food contact packaging for the MondiLabs FSL customers
• Support of the Mondi sites across the whole supply chain to answer customers’ specific questions
• Organize external testing (including communication with the external chemical laboratories)
• Internal hygiene audits and supporting the implementation of hygiene management systems
• Conduct MondiLabs FSL trainings
• Collaborate on quality management measurements of the MondiLabs FSL and compliance with requirements according to ISO EN 17025:2018
• Contact person for associations, unions, universities and research centres, participation at scientific events like congresses, symposia, seminars etc.

Your profile

• M.Sc. in chemistry, biochemistry, food chemistry, toxicology or pharmacy
• Several years of experience, preferably in organic analytics, and in packaging applications
• Fluency in German and English; any other foreign language is welcome
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
• Interest in managing scientific & industrial projects

• We offer a compensation package starting at € 55.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
