As the largest engine manufacturer in the world, the sale of automobiles, motorcycles and power products (garden and industrial equipment, snow blowers and outboard motors) is our passion. Supply & Logistics Section Manager / Motorcycle Division

leading a small team of CE countries logistics coordinators
(f/m/d)
Permanent position, full-time (38.5 hours per week)

Your profile

• Very good working knowledge of German is a must. Fluent in English.
• Czech, Slovak or Hungarian is an advantage
• You bring minimum 3 years of experience from auto, motorcycle or similar technical industry.
• very good SAP knowledge is a must
• High level of MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• you must be flexible to travel (fly) within Europe (1 week/month as business trip) for the first three years. Afterwards (as projects launched, 1-2 times/year)

Your Tasks in detail

Leading a small team of MC supply chain and logistics functions in Central Europe. Optimize inventory levels, coordinate shipments, manage supplier relationships, and ensure efficient supply chain operations. Manage CE specific COAA tool and CE countries order/arrival allocations.

• Leading team of 4 countries logistics coordinators
• Administration on CE level
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting
• Managing Supply /Ordering on CE level
• Niguri Planning on CE level
• COAA Management - Maintain, update and check CE allocation system
• Special Custom treatment (e.g. embacy, fleet)
• SAP support to country logistic coordinators

The gross annual salary is EUR 70 000 on a full-time basis (38.5 hours/week) with a possibility of overpayment based on your qualification. We do not offer a company car for this position.
