  • Managing project risks by identifying and assessing risk factors using available tools.
  • Monitoring project status, early identification of discrepancies, and initiating mitigation measures.
  • Working with your team, setting targets, and delegating responsibilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, rules, and standards.
  • Maintaining efficient communication with all stakeholders.
  • Driving project closure and ensuring all information is documented for future projects.

Qualifications needed:

  • 5+ years of management experience in complex construction and plant projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of waste heat recovery systems and related engineering and technology.
  • Expertise in project management methods, contract law, and regulations.
  • Experience working in international teams.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in site delegations.
  • Proficiency in English and German.

Social skills:

  • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • High integrity in dealings with others.
  • Quality-oriented and structured work approach.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Inter-cultural skills.

This may increase depending on qualifications and experience. We offer attractive social benefits, including occupational health, free parking, a canteen, and flexible working hours.
