Overview

MAVIGA Group – an international company specializing in shipbuilding and industrial project management – is expanding its range of services and is looking to hire a Project Manager for Furniture Assembly and Installation.

Join our growing team and take part in managing high-standard interior furnishing projects across Europe and beyond!

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing projects related to the assembly and installation of various types of furniture in civil construction sites (restaurants, hotels, residences, apartments)
  • Leading and developing a team of 10–40 employees
  • Organizing work schedules, interpreting drawings, and coordinating logistics
  • Ensuring smooth communication between the client and internal project management teams
  • Monitoring quality, progress, and deadlines of on-site work
  • Controlling project budgets and finances
  • Planning and allocating human and material resources

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing furniture assembly and installation projects
  • Ability to read furniture production and installation drawings, and resolve technical issues on site
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Strong teamwork, quick decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Proactiveness and motivation to achieve results

Salary

€4500–5000 NET/month
