  • Deliver measurable value by reducing costs without compromising quality, and by reporting key metrics to the Cluster Procurement Director.
  • Ensure seamless outbound transport of finished goods across the region, proactively managing supply chain risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, offering strategic insights and market intelligence to support key decisions.

  • Familiarity with multinational, matrixed organisations.
  • Deep knowledge of EU logistics suppliers and market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, especially in data-light environments.
  • A strategic mindset with a collaborative, communicative approach to stakeholder engagement.
  • Flexibility to be based in Austria, Italy, Spain, or Germany.

What You'll Gain

  • Personal and professional growth through meaningful projects and creative challenges.
  • A strong start with a structured on-boarding experience.
  • Workplace flexibility, including generous remote work options.
  • A culture of appreciation, diversity, and respectful collaboration.
  • Flat hierarchies and fast decisions, with open lines of communication.
