About the role
This is a newly created, senior leadership position reporting directly to the Founder. As the Head of Finance and Corporate Services, you’ll oversee and lead a broad portfolio across Finance, HR, Compliance & Risk, Technology and Business Operations.
You’ll lead a capable, cross-functional team and work closely with senior stakeholders to uplift internal capability, enhance decision-making, and enable commercial performance.
Key areas of responsibility include:

1. Leading strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
2. Overseeing corporate services functions with a focus on operational excellence and scalability
3. Delivering high-quality commercial and board reporting
4. Championing governance, compliance and business risk frameworks
5. Leading and mentoring a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
6. Supporting systems and process improvement across all corporate functions

This role offers the opportunity to create meaningful impact across both strategy and operations.

About you
You’re an experienced and hands-on finance and corporate services leader, with a commercial mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams. You balance strategic thinking with the ability to drive outcomes at pace and are confident influencing senior stakeholders.
Ideally, you will bring:

• 5+ years’ senior finance or corporate services leadership experience
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Experience in a fast-paced, services-led or consulting environment
• A collaborative leadership style and strong team management capability
• Strength in commercial reporting, risk management, and operational improvement
