Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and support treasury activities aligned with company goals
• Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensure accurate accounting, controlling, and financial management practices
• Support financial reporting and compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business administration, with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of accounting, controlling, and financial management
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with SAP FI/CO is an advantage
• Reliable, independent, and precise working style with a hands-on mentality
• Confident and strong communication skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in German and conversational English skills
