Huawei's Vienna Research Center is responsible for advanced magnetic technology research, reliability of various components and advanced failure analysis technology.
We are excited to offer the intern position of Power Components Reliability Insight at Vienna Research Center of Huawei. This is a part-time or full-time position, allowing you to balance your work commitments with other responsibilities.
Now we are looking for a:
Power Components Reliability Insight Engineer(m/f/d) - Leased Labor
Your mission
- Conduct technology insights in new reliability technologies of power semiconductor devices (Si MOS, GaN, and SiC), including structure design, wafer process, and packaging, and discuss reliability improvement methods with the team.
- Investigate new failure analysis methods, accelerated life test methods, and new life evaluation models for power components.
- Help the team sort out the technical report and paper summary.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Material Science or another domain-related disciplines.
- Knowledge of power component technologies, including Si MOSFET, wide-bandgap semiconductor.
- Experience with reliability testing and methodologies (e.g., HTOL, HTRB, TCT).
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate within an international team
