We are a national, family-owned signage manufacturer with a long-standing reputation in the industry and a strong focus on corporate signage. With offices located in Keysborough (VIC), Ormeau (QLD), and Revesby (NSW), this position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Australia or from one of our office locations.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that plays a key role in client communication and project coordination. You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team, taking ownership of designated brands and ensuring high-quality service delivery across every stage of the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships through frequent communication with clients and stakeholders
- Manage a mix of administration and client-facing tasks
- Take ownership of your assigned brands within a dedicated brand team
- Support the delivery of high-quality client services
- Assist Client and Project Managers with lead management, scoping opportunities, and liaising with the estimation team
- Coordinate the timely preparation and submission of tenders and quotations
- Maintain regular follow-up with internal and external stakeholders throughout both tender and live project phases
- Take full ownership of the sales pipeline for your brand team
- Develop and implement a structured reporting system for your key clients
- Contribute to the management of live projects from initiation to completion
- Provide regular project status updates through coordination with internal departments
