Responsibilities

• As part of the Dynatrace group that builds the ecosystem to deliver and operate Dynatrace on the 3 major hyperscalers, manage certain aspects of the delivery chain to automate, integrate, and operate our product on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proactively manage the needs and expectations of all Dynatracers using this ecosystem.
• Work closely with the Dynatrace Site Reliability Engineering team.
• Answer the WHY and understand the user’s pain points to define end‑to‑end use cases that enable Dynatrace to deliver and operate its products on hyperscalers.
• Drive the definition of the product roadmap and our near‑term and long‑term product strategy.
• Collaborate with our agile R&D team to deliver product capabilities that enable Dynatrace to WOW customers and create value‑add that impacts product operation and adoption measurably.
• Partner with product marketing to develop targeted messaging for the value created for customers.
• Work with the Dynatrace Tech alliance team, managing strong partnerships with AWS, Azure, and Google, acting as an interface between the R&D teams and the teams in AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience deploying and orchestrating high‑performance, highly available critical SaaS products.
• 3+ years of product management or product owner experience in an agile environment focused on enterprise software.
• Experience working as a software architect or developer in an agile environment.
• Proven track record of successfully collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a software product company.
• In‑depth understanding of user journeys, personas, use case development, and market, business, and competitive analysis.
• Strong ability to leverage market and business insights to develop differentiated features aligned with Dynatrace’s overall goals and strategy.
• Experience with security and compliance requirements for SaaS products (plus point).

• Minimum salary disclosed: €60,000 gross per year based on full‑time employment.
