As the Specialist IT Governance - Vendor Management, you will ensure vendor management operational efficiency by providing expert information technology support, enhancing IT systems, resolving technical issues, and enhancing strategies and operations to support IT systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with key users to understand business needs, challenges, and goals
  • Establish successful partnerships with IT vendors through effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide overview of vendor contracts and licenses within IT and manage end-to-end license lifecycle
  • Develop and implement measures to continuously improve supplier performance, and identify savings opportunities.
  • Create reports on vendor management metrics and strategic recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a vendor management knowledge base including policies, procedures, templates, and best practices

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, automation, industrial engineering, or comparable degree or equivalent at least 3 years professional domain experience
  • Expert knowledge and practical experience in IT Governance and IT Vendor Management
  • Awareness of IT Security principles as well as knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards relevant to the organization
  • Strong knowledge in vendor management, license management, risk management, and performance monitoring
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in international environments
  • Fluent in written and verbal English (additional languages are a plus)
