Responsibilities

• Planning and control of technical production specifications in the areas of cable production and adhesive technology
• Responsibility for relevant documents and processes (including master data maintenance and change management)
• Creation of cable drawings based on internal company standards
• Evaluation of technical and economic feasibility in close coordination with production departments, customers, and purchasing
• Preparation of pre- and post-calculations, variance analyses, and related corrective actions
• Development and implementation of cost- and production-optimized measures (utilizing automation potential)
• Handling of inquiries and preparation of competitive offer documentation

Qualifications

• Completed education (HTL / University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on electronics, mechatronics, or production engineering
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position desired; leadership experience is an advantage
• CAD skills (e.g., AutoCAD, Creo), ideally experience with SAP
• Excellent German and English skills
• Analytical thinking and spatial awareness
• Independent, structured working style and team spirit

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
