Data Analyst

PassionBio.tech is a life sciences venture builder and M&A advisory firm. We operate with a multidisciplinary team blending clinical, entrepreneurial, operational, and financial expertise. Our work involves developing early-stage life science assets and guiding their growth while supporting investors and portfolio companies through strategic M&A advisory services.

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the continued development of our investment evaluation system. This contract position is remote and focused on gathering, analyzing, and visualizing complex data to inform decision-making across technical, commercial, and financial dimensions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to biotech and life sciences investments
2. Build dashboards and visual reports that support our investment decision-making
3. Identify trends and correlations across technical, financial, and market data
4. Collaborate with programmers and advisors to integrate data into the investment evaluation system
5. Ensure high data integrity and consistency across all reporting layers

Qualifications

1. Strong experience in data analysis, visualization, and statistical interpretation
2. Proficiency in tools such as Python (pandas, NumPy), SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
3. Familiarity with investment analysis or financial modeling is a strong plus
4. Experience working with scientific or clinical datasets is a bonus
5. Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
6. Knowledge in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
