Job Description

1. Administration, maintenance, and further development of our IT infrastructure (network, printers, etc.)
2. Support and management of Windows and Linux servers, backup systems, vCenter, etc.
3. Implementation and configuration of standard applications such as Nextcloud, Office365, Windows 10, Windows 11, etc.
4. Handling of 1st and 2nd level service requests and incident reports
5. Creation and maintenance of documentation, as well as support for IT projects (e.g., IT security)
6. Collaboration with internal departments to ensure a high level of service

Qualifications

1. Completed technical training in IT or relevant professional experience
2. Solid knowledge in administration and management of IT systems, including Windows and Linux server environments, Office 365, Windows 10/11, Nextcloud; ideally also with backup systems and virtualization (vCenter/VMware)
3. Interest in IT security topics and willingness to actively participate in IT projects
4. German (B2-C1) and English skills, both spoken and written
5. Structured, independent work style, high reliability, and sense of responsibility
6. Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach to challenges
7. Strong service orientation and accuracy in technical and organizational tasks
8. Teamwork and organizational skills

Location: South of Vienna (40 km)

Additional Information

We offer an attractive annual gross salary, which will be individually negotiated based on qualifications and experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is €52,197.04 gross per year.
