Position: Marketing Manager Oncology (m/d/f)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize the Nubeqa brand strategy in collaboration with the cross-functional country team, based on omnichannel marketing tools and scientific data.
  • Ensure timely development and localization of materials and content for all marketing channels and events.
  • Gather customer feedback on engagements and materials, sharing insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare training sessions for the Customer Engagement Team to support material use and engagement execution.
  • Analyze data and customer needs to derive insights and develop solutions with the team.
  • Plan and execute national engagement formats and events tailored to customer needs.
  • Evaluate engagement outcomes to enhance customer value and experience.
  • Identify growth opportunities and monitor competitive developments and customer needs.
  • Stay updated on clinical data, brand strategies, and internal tools.

The gross annual salary for this full-time position is EUR 80,000 (14 salaries), depending on qualifications and experience.
