20 hours per week; will be increased to 30 hours per week once the dissertation agreement has been signed.

Candidate Profile:

• Completed relevant Master's, Magister or Diplom degree, preferably in business administration, information systems, or computer science
• Strong understanding of conceptual and theoretical research
• Basic knowledge of empirical research
• Interest in digital transformation, digital platform ecosystems, and social implications of digital technologies
• Very good language skills in German and English
• Intention to pursue a doctorate; include a brief reflection (max. 5 pages) on your dissertation project with your application
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills
