Job Title: Procurement - Sourcing/Procurement Manager

Hybrid: onsite 2-3 days a week

Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of procurement experience, extensive IT sourcing expertise, and some financial services background.
Description:
Responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies aligned with the client's strategic vision and operational efficiency. This role involves driving change management for new sourcing methodologies, generating high-quality work, and establishing vendor relationships to support cost savings and beneficial contractual terms, while managing risks. The role leverages best practices and sound sourcing processes to promote reliable and innovative Total Cost of Ownership initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners to align sourcing priorities, conduct market research, and add value through insights.
- Prepare, issue, and manage RFPs/RFIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, management, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Work with various stakeholder groups to achieve objectives and ensure strategic alignment.
- Drive partner satisfaction by understanding needs, responding to issues, and integrating partners into sourcing processes.
- Develop business requirements and Statements of Work with cross-functional teams.
- Manage a standardized, competitive RFP process with clear evaluation criteria.
- Negotiate contracts to meet financial and risk management goals.
- Administer NDAs, risk assessments, and vendor due diligence in collaboration with the risk team.
- Support contract negotiations and periodic vendor performance reviews.
- Analyze business needs for sourcing opportunities and recommend suppliers.
- Develop sourcing strategies to maximize favorable results and support client goals.
- Lead vendor source selection and analyze vendor performance data.
- Maintain comprehensive vendor documentation and compliance metrics.
- Research new product options within categories to achieve TCO savings.
- Provide market insights and monitor relevant market conditions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in preparing RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and managing IT sourcing and procurement processes.
- Proven ability in negotiating SLAs and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
- Knowledge of procedures in financial services sourcing.
- 7+ years procurement experience.
