Summary

QA Operations Specialist in the Raw Material & Consumables Release Group.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  1. Release preparation (collection and completion of data, documents, and information), coordination, and troubleshooting (interactive communication & release organization)
  2. Project support (support of new labs, departments, systems into routine, etc.)
  3. Oversight of all production and testing activities, ensuring compliance with cGxP, including data integrity and eCompliance; support for exception investigations
  4. Support of master data systems at our production site: SAP, GLIMS, etc.; responsible for CP implementations and stability studies
  5. Compilation and checking of master data sheets (master data maintenance); change evaluations and implementation tasks, acting as SPOC/SME for all related topics
  6. Key performance indicators: timely delivery of preparation, support for raw material and consumables release and projects
  7. QC/QA in pharmaceutical/biotech industries with environmental monitoring
  8. Experience with GMP procedures, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) testing, quality standards
  9. Technological expertise and technological intelligence
  10. Required skills: dealing with ambiguity, continuous learning, cross-boundary collaboration
  11. Languages: English and German required
