OT Technician (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dedicated OT Technician to join our Engineering Services Team at our Pasching location. This role involves supporting production operations, maintaining OT systems, and collaborating across teams to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

1. Provide support services for production support and maintenance to ensure smooth operations within your area of responsibility.
2. Develop and implement OT standards at the production site, including maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT/OT interfaces, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance hardware and software aspects of IT/OT systems.
4. Assist in evaluating new technologies, proof-of-concept initiatives, risk assessments, projects, and expansion plans to improve site performance.
5. Manage interfaces, report, escalate issues, respond to technical inquiries (e.g., during audits), and handle deviations.

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT/OT System Technician or OT Administrator, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience in 2nd/3rd-level support for designing, implementing, validating, and maintaining IT systems, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficient in relevant IT tools (e.g., MS Windows Server Management, MS Office) and advanced knowledge of OT network principles.
• Experience in networking, monitoring, reporting, and system administration of Windows Server environments, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of German and English, spoken and written.

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately €58,000. We offer a competitive salary with the potential for overpayment based on your qualifications and experience. Details will be discussed in a personal interview.
