About the role
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture Business Partnering for Disability & Mental Health, you will support our Disability and Mental Health teams across QLD, NT, SA, TAS, and WA.
This role focuses primarily on end-to-end case management support including disciplinary actions, performance issues and grievances, with coaching of people leaders, Award and Policy and Procedure implementation and interpretation, generalist HR/ER support and strategic HR guidance to assist managers in achieving their objectives.
You will play a key role in our fast-paced, agile environment, fostering strong partnerships and providing HR expertise to drive effective outcomes. This is a maximum-term contract position until 22 March 2026, and can be based in QLD, NT, SA, TAS, or WA. We offer flexibility to work from your preferred location, whether from home or one of our local LWB offices. While most of your work will be remote, occasional travel may be required, and there will be times when working from the office is required.
