The Role

As Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making across the practice. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a small team (including offshore) and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and systems governance.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, both in Australia and offshore, providing professional development, training, and support
• Oversee accurate and timely reporting of financial statements in accordance with AASB standards
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to meet business and stakeholder deadlines
• Conduct variance analysis and ad hoc analysis to identify insights and improvement areas
• Coordinate external audits and manage the process
• Strengthen internal financial controls and minimise errors and inefficiencies
• Continuously improve financial processes
• Collaborate across the organisation to manage projects and internal systems

Your Profile

• You will hold a CA or CPA qualification
• A strong sense of initiative and a desire to 'get stuck in'
• A natural curiosity, and be unafraid to ask the right questions
• Experience in a growth-focused environment
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Dynamics is highly desired but not essential
