Test Automation Engineer (m/f/x)

Raaba-Grambach (AUT) hybrid| Full-Time (38,5h/week) or Part-Time (min. 20h/week) | Immediate Start

What you’ll be doing:

1. You'll create and align test plans for new software features
2. You’ll automate E2E tests as well as test data generation
3. You'll work with state-of-the-art software tools and frameworks
4. You'll be part of an international team of experts, working in an agile environment
5. You’ll coach other team members regarding the efficient implementation of test automation
6. You’ll perform manual explorative tests to complement automated tests
7. You'll drive innovation by implementing new techniques and technologies

What you bring to the role:

1. Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU)
2. You like to dig deep into the functionality of complex software
3. You are eager to learn new things and continuously improve your knowledge
4. You know how to design your tests and test data in a sustainable way that keeps technical debt low
5. You have experience in an object-oriented language (preferably Java)
6. You understand the fundamentals of software quality assurance (ISTQB certification is a plus)
7. You are familiar with CI/CD
8. You are open to the use of new technologies, e.g. AI in software quality assurance processes
9. You love to work in teams, share your knowledge and coach others
10. You have good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
