Most importantly, we need someone who is passionate about mobile users and their needs, data-driven, and results-focused.

As a Senior Product Manager for Mobile Real User Monitoring (Mobile RUM) within Digital Experience Monitoring, you will be responsible for a product that provides actionable insights to improve the experience of millions of mobile users. This includes real user and synthetic monitoring, session replay, application optimization, and enhancing customer experience across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the product roadmap and contribute to our product strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Identify new product opportunities through customer feedback and market analysis.
• Develop user flows and wireframes with our design team to ensure excellent user experience.
• Coordinate pre-release activities to gather early customer feedback.
• Create compelling product blog posts.
• Partner with marketing to develop messaging and go-to-market strategies.
• Own product outcomes, prioritize tasks, and mitigate risks.
• Represent the product at events and conferences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with success in strategy and execution.
• Experience in mobile monitoring, native and cross-platform frameworks.
• Background as a mobile app developer with DevOps knowledge.
• Experience bringing features to market and tracking KPIs.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and use cases.
• Leadership skills, initiative, and teamwork capabilities.
• Technical understanding for evaluating trade-offs and risks.
• Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation

• Attractive salary packages and stock options.
• Minimum salary of €70,000 gross/year, with higher based on experience.
