Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to join Tietoevry Create, a leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. The role involves managing social media, executing newsletter marketing, ensuring website performance, and supporting events and design efforts.

Responsibilities

• Website Management: Provide technical support, enhance user experience, and maintain web content.
• Event Support: Assist in planning and executing events, create promotional materials, and coordinate with teams.
• Social Media Management: Create and publish content, engage with audiences, and analyze performance.
• Newsletter Marketing: Support newsletter creation for Austrian and German markets and analyze its performance.
• Performance Marketing: Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, oversee budgets, and analyze data for optimization.
• Design Support: Act as a client for the in-house creative team to generate social media visuals.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and event/performance marketing
• Experience in the IT industry, preferably in IT consulting
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in marketing copywriting
• Familiarity with content management systems and website analytics tools
• Creativity, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Language skills in German (minimum C1) and English (fluent), both written and verbal

Salary and Location

The gross annual salary starts from €3,175 (IT collective agreement, "ST1 Einstiegsstufe") for full-time employment, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is based in Vienna.
