Job description

• Receive inbound deliveries, move parts and materials into inventory and/or job stock, pick parts and materials for outbound deliveries.
• Process all transactions in SAP according to standard procedure, create shipping papers using the preferred carriers’ software application.
• Support the service van parts replenishment process, keep accurate inventory levels, and participate in the inventory count process as dictated by policy/procedure. Execute the goods return procedure for the branch.
• Communicate with internal parties to coordinate delivery of parts and materials to meet project/service demand, retain documentation necessary for follow-up and proof of delivery and inventory.
