What you’ll achieve

As an Outside Sales Workforce Product Specialist, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s products and services.

You will
  • Manage and support accounts, including product account planning, sales forecasting and facilitating organizational alignment in cross-functional virtual teams
  • Gain access and manage relationships with senior decision makers and technical personnel
  • Engage with customers and sales individuals on moderate to high complex opportunities and collaborate with different functions to deliver expected outcomes
  • Provide insight and subject matter expertise to customers concerning applicability of complex specific products and service technologies, research and apply industry and market knowledge to present the positive value of our solutions
  • Uncover critical processes and operational challenges within the customer’s environment and position the relevant Dell workforce solutions and services

Essential Requirements
  • Expertise in Client Workforce Transformation Solution design, architecture and associated customer conversations with good knowledge of technical products, vendors and families of technologies

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with customers, support personnel and executives
  • Outcome-oriented, acumen to build TCO value propositions, communicate Dell’s unique value
  • Creative Thinking and ability to identify opportunities of growth
