Job summary

Flyper is seeking a Merchandiser for women's fashion in Doha, Qatar. You will select and present merchandise that aligns with local consumer preferences, collaborating with designers to shape the product assortment and in-store visuals.

You will work with sales and marketing to plan promotions, monitor inventory, negotiate with suppliers for favorable pricing and on-time delivery, and analyze sales data to guide future merchandising decisions.

Qualifications

• Market research on fashion trends in Qatar.
• Experience in merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Valid visa or sponsorship eligibility in Qatar.
• Strong understanding of women's fashion and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
