Welder - Lusail, Qatar
We are in search of a skilled Welder to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in welding, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and arc welders
- Clean, maintain, and repair welding equipment as needed
- Select appropriate materials for each project based on strength requirements and type of metal
- Inspect welded joints for accuracy and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in welding preferred
- Previous experience in welding required
