Job description

Professional Welder – Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Welder to join our team in Lusail Qatar. As a Welder you will be responsible for fabricating and joining metal parts and structures using various welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process.
• Set up and operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG and stick welders.
• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning and cutting as needed.
• Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions.
• Perform quality checks on welded joints to ensure they meet specifications.
• Repair or modify metal products as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper personal protective equipment at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a Welder with knowledge of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick).
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs and work in various positions for extended periods of time.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them at all times.

Salary

Starting salary for this position is $1,100 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.

Location: Lusail, Qatar. Candidates must have their own visa or be able to obtain one.
