• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the required materials and welding techniques.
• Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, cutting, and grinding.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently to weld different types of metals using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Repair damaged metal components by welding or replacing parts as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications
