The ideal candidate has strong design skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. English is essential; Arabic is a plus. You must work well under pressure. Salary around $1,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements.
• Strong design skills and ability to create unique arrangements.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Indian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss floral needs and preferences.
• Create floral arrangements based on client requests and budget.
• Order and purchase flowers, plants, and supplies.
• Carefully arrange flowers and plants to create visually appealing displays.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper storage of flowers.
• Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design.
• Participate in marketing efforts to attract new clients.
• Train and supervise assistants or junior designers.
