Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is seeking a Ride Technician responsible for the maintenance and repair of rides and related equipment within the waterpark. The role requires diagnosing faults, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety standards across all attractions.

The technician will manage maintenance records, assist with inventory and procurement, and participate in on-call duty while coordinating with engineering and other departments to uphold safety and regulatory

Qualifications

Primary role is maintenance and repair of rides and attractions.
Ensure safety standards are followed during all maintenance work.
Diagnose faults across waterpark rides and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and overhauls per manufacturer specs.
Manage on-call maintenance and report hazards promptly.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair all attractions and rides following the highest standards of safety.
Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnose faults for all attractions and rides in the waterpark.
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on rides and equipment.
Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently.
Provide technical direction and on-the-job training.
Keep daily logs of maintenance work.
Maintain inventory and write purchase orders for needed items.
Participate in on-call program and respond as appropriate.
Report hazards, safety concerns, and accidents immediately.
Ensure effective communication between engineering and other departments.
Comply with Health and Safety Regulations.
