Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail in Doha seeks a Retail Sales Executive and Technician to meet sales targets and deliver quality after-sales service. You will interact with customers, coordinate with merchandising and sales teams, and ensure smooth operations at the retail location.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience servicing quartz and automatic watches, with a retail background. Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree education preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in servicing quartz and automatic watches with a retail background.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers to offer company products (watches), explaining benefits and features at given prices to achieve sales targets.
• Assist senior technician in ordering required spare parts and attend to customer complaints with estimates and repairs.
• Maintain showroom with attractive display and inform management of product quality matters.
