Job summary

Indman DMCC is seeking a forklift operator with a minimum of two years’ experience in a petrochemical environment. The role involves operating forklifts to move materials both in field and warehouse, following rigging signals, and performing basic maintenance checks.

Proficiency in English and physical fitness are required, with interviews to be held in Abu Dhabi. The candidate should have a secondary education or trade diploma and may hold any Qatar driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or trade diploma.
• At least 2 years' experience in petrochemical plant or forklift operation.
• Physically fit with ability to lift and operate lifting gear.
• Proficient reading, speaking, and writing English.
• Willing to attend a face-to-face interview in Abu Dhabi.
• With or without Qatar Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and transport materials in field and within warehouse.

• Carry out minor repairs and preventive maintenance on forklift daily.

Job description

Apply plant safety standards and maintenance procedures while performing the work

• Drive fork lift pickup trucks and transport shift materials in field and within ware house
• Should know all signals and rigging standards
• Carry out minor repairs and Preventive maintenance and inspection checks daily on fork lift
• Minimum graduate of Secondary Education (High School) or Trade Diploma
• At least 2 years’ experience in Petrochemical Plant and / or Forklift Operation
• With or Without Qatar Driving License
• Physically fit with regard to eyesight, hearing, reflexes, and ability to handle lifting gear and equipment
• Willing to attend an face to face interview in Abu dhabi
• Proficient on reading, speaking, writing and understanding English language
• Basic Computer knowledge Microsoft Office and software application
