As a Waiter / Waitress, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing professional service to guests to ensure a memorable dining experience, adhering to the hotel's performance standards.
2. Greeting and seating customers, serving them in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
3. Gaining in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and advise guests effectively.
4. Monitoring the quality of food and beverages served.
5. Practicing good customer relations and satisfactorily addressing customer complaints and queries.
6. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and ensuring the upkeep of all service equipment.
7. Preparing all service-related tasks before, during, and after service, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene.
8. Minimizing wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
9. Using upselling techniques actively to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
