As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing a luxurious and memorable dining experience to our guests by delivering top-tier service and ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail and grace.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding, attentive service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional from start to finish.
  • Greet and seat guests in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Present and explain menu items, including food and beverage offerings, and offer recommendations when needed.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and address them promptly to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all items are properly stocked and ready for use.
  • Assist in maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, tables, and service stations.
  • Process guest payments accurately and on time, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Monitor and maintain the presentation of food and beverages as per restaurant standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including kitchen and bar staff, to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
